Manhattan’s leading pet care provider, Two Dogs & A Goat, invites New York City real estate
brokers and others to take part in a unique program to learn more about the needs of their pet-owning
clients.
The Real Estate Advisory Program will help realtors learn more about dogs, cats and pet trends so
that they are better able to serve their pet-owning clients. In the Know Pets seminar,
Charlotte Reed provides information about popular dogs, pet trends, insurance concerns
and pet professionals. The Know Pets seminar helps brokers, agents and others assess clients’ pets- an
excellent tool for matching clients with the perfect home.
Not only can realtors take advantage of the Know Pets seminar, they can also refer and encourage
their clients to sign-up for our Board Prep Program. The Board Prep Program is a two-session
mini-training course that prepares clients and their pets for co-op and condo board interviews. Clients
will learn how to create a doggy dossier for their pets and to prepare their dogs for a board interviews.
